Well, we have reached Thursday, and everybody shrugs. Thursday is just the day before Friday, nothing more. I know I can hardly wait for Friday! However, it’s just Thursday, and I really can’t say anything that isn’t better described in the lyrics.
Harry Edward Nilsson III, better known as Nilsson, was born in Brooklyn in 1941, had a few hit singles, mostly in the 70’s, although he was much more a songwriter than a performing singer. In fact, he never toured or had concerts. He was quite content to be a songwriter for other musicians and movie scores. He passed away quite prematurely in 1994 of heart failure. One of the good ones gone too soon.
